Standard Legal Fees Covered
On Lodges 56, 57 and 58A, the vendor (Whitsand Bay Fort Ltd) covers your standard legal fees when you instruct our nominated law firm. You appoint your own solicitor and the lease documentation is provided for your review before any commitment to purchase.
Buyers pay only their own disbursements, and conveyancing takes around nine weeks on average.
